What we collect

When you book a strategy session or use a contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, phone number, goal, timing, and non-financial planning context. We do not ask visitors to enter income, debts, assets, credit, down payment, price, budget, or similar financial figures through public web forms. We also collect information you submit when applying to join our partner network.

How we use it

Your information is used to provide the service you requested: booking a strategy session, preparing mortgage options in a secure setting once we are working together, responding to your enquiries, and — with your consent — introducing you to a vetted partner such as a realtor or lawyer. We may contact you about your mortgage, including renewal reminders when your term approaches maturity.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information. We never share it with third parties except the specific professionals you ask to be connected with, or as required by law. Calculator results are estimates and are stored securely in your account.

Storage & security

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.
